A Very Bad Day...

Well, please disregard the previous post. Our house is still on the market. This is unbelievable! We had a family in Hawley that was buying our home contingent on selling their home. Their deal fell through. there was something about the other buyer being self-employed. They could not get financing. Every day for the past two weeks we've been told by my Realtor, "It's not a matter of if they can, it is when they can." Every day that it does not sell we are getting hit with interest charges.

Here is the kicker... Because it was due to close we got a payoff number for closing and have not made a payment for three months. Naive me, I did not even consider that this could fall through. We now have to come up with the mortgage payment for May, June, and July!!!

I am just sick! Please keep us in your prayers. God is sovereign. I know that He knows what is best for us. I guess my biggest prayer request right now, other than the obvious is for wisdom. I'll try to keep you in the loop!
