Disgusted!

Please allow me to preference this by stating that this is my First Amendment privilege to speak and it is my opinion on the subject that I am going to discuss...
Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield do not have their customers best interest at heart. If I had the opportunity, I would cancel them today and go with another company.
I have paid them close to $10,000 per year for 15 years and I am lied to on the telephone and treated unfairly. When I ask to speak with an authority, I am not granted the privilege.
Health Insurance sucks!
