Another month has passed by and I am really seeing some remarkable differences in my weight. My clothes are literally falling off of me. I stepped on the scale yesterday and it was 232. It has been about 19 years since I was at that weight!Here are my measurements:
Neck 16
Chest 47
Belly 50
Hips 44
Bicep 13 1/2
Thigh 21 1/2
Calf 15
I have been going to the YMCA three days a week and walking three days a week. My stomach seems to be adjusting better each week to new foods. I still throw up three or four times a week, and it is almost always after supper. I am eating more dairy than I ever had, and my lactose intolerance has made that issue a very gassy one!
